Lucy is the founder of Optimist Physiotherapy with over 15 years' experience across the NHS, specialist rehabilitation, elite sport, and expedition physiotherapy. She brings world-class expertise, high performance insight and a hands on, results-driven approach to every patient - helping you feel supported and in control, as you recover stronger and restore confidence.

Ellie is a Senior Physiotherapist at Optimist Physiotherapy alongside working full time at Flint House Police Rehab Centre. She has extensive experience across the NHS, professional sport and international competition, including the Commonwealth Games. She brings elite-level precision, performance driven rehabilitation, and a clear understanding of nutrition to every patient.
